Privacy policy

Last updated October 20, 2026. This policy covers cashforjunkcarsnorthsidechicago.com, run by Cash For Junk Cars Northside Chicago Inc, 6642 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60645.

What you give us

When you use the offer form you send us the vehicle's year, make and model, whether you have the title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. If you call, we hear the same kind of details. We don't ask for anything else on this site, and we don't take payments here.

How your details get used

We use those details to call you back about the car, make an offer and arrange the pickup if you accept. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to the lead-handling service we use to receive requests and pass them to the people who call you back. Like any business, we may also share information when the law requires it, for example the records Illinois expects a vehicle buyer to keep.

Cookies, analytics and maps

This site doesn't set its own advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics tag is installed as of the date above. Some pages show embedded Google Maps; when a map loads, Google may set cookies or collect data under Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep request details as long as we need them to handle your sale and our ordinary business records, and no longer than the law allows.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, call (708) 858-5673 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. any day, or write to us at 6642 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60645. We'll confirm who you are before changing anything.

Children

This site is for adults selling vehicles. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
