What this site is
The site describes how we buy junk vehicles and explains rules that affect sellers on Chicago's North Side and in nearby suburbs. It's general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Laws, fees and forms change; the pages link the official source for each rule so you can check the current version before you rely on it.
Offers and sales
Sending the form or calling doesn't oblige you to sell, and it doesn't oblige us to buy. Any offer we discuss is based on what you tell us about the vehicle and where it's parked. A sale happens only when the vehicle is signed over and you're paid at pickup. You confirm that you own the vehicle you describe, or have the legal right to sell it, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Pickup locations
When a vehicle sits on property you don't control, such as a condo garage, an apartment lot or a repair shop, you're responsible for arranging access and permission before the pickup.
